Gerry has had a clean

Gerry was not happy when I put him in the washing machine.
He said, "I don't  like going around and around."

Gerry was not happy when I hang him on the clothes line.
He said, "I don't like the pegs in my ears."

Gerry is happy now because he is all clean and smells lovely.
He said, "Thank you Mrs Aldridge for making me clean. Can I go back to school to see all my friends?"

We are all learning to do new things.
Some things we can do easily.
Some things we need to practise.
Some of us have been at school for 1 term and some of us have just started.

House Sports Day

On Thursday it was our House Sports Day.
There were 4 different activities to be part of:

  • relay races on the field
  • team building activities
  • designing a new house flag
  • scavenger hunt
We wore our house colours and paraded around the courts with our house.

We only participated in the first block.
It was a challenge for many of us.
We are learning to:
  • be resilient
  • have a go at new things
We all did our best!
