Week 2 - Morning Fitness - Hoops

This week we have used hoops for our morning fitness each day.

We are learning to:

  • move around the hoops
  • spin the hoops
  • jump and hop in, by, on, around the hoops
  • skip with the hoops
  • roll the hoops
  • hula hoop with the hoops
